How to use serial server

Most of the traditional network access management systems use bus connections. The bus communication distance is generally less than 1200m, and there are problems such as wiring during the initial stage of access control engineering design. Therefore, based on the existing internet TCP/IP access control machine, the communication distance, ease of wiring, and the technical content of products to customers are enough to make the TCP/IP network access control become the new darling of security engineering.

However, due to the high cost of the new type of TCP/IP network access control machine, there is a problem with compatibility with traditional access control devices after installation of access control. The use of serial server is compatible with the traditional access control system, only minor changes can be upgraded to network TCP / IP access control.

Use can quickly transform the traditional access control into a network access control machine, and can be compatible with the original access control machine (that is, there are both traditional access control and network access control). The serial server specifically increases the pass-through parameter settings for security access control product applications, and has greater advantages and flexibility than serial-port servers on the market. After using a serial server, traditional access control can be turned into TCP/IP network access control.

Detailed introduction:  is filling agent for ablating grinding wheel abrasive, which can effectively reduce the grinding wheel temperature during ablation, improve the heat resistance, and prolong the service life of the grinding wheel.

Formation of a protective layer 
(1)The reaction absorbing oxygen occurs between 400 and 475 degrees, thereby reducing the oxidation of resin, reducing the oxidation burn of workpieces, and prolonging the working life of grinding wheels at high temperature.

4 FeS2 + 11 O2→2 Fe2O3 + 8 SO2 
(2) 4 FeS + 7 O2→4 Fe2O3 + 4 SO2 

400-475 degrees is a limit that the grinding wheel can easily reach. The above reaction creates an oxygen-free and hypoxic environment for the grinding wheel at the micro level, thereby improving the high-temperature performance of the grinding wheel.
Decomposition reaction occurs at 650-degree heat absorption, thereby reducing the working temperature of the grinding wheels.

(3) It enters the melting state at about 1100 degrees, which becomes a good lubricant to protect the grinding wheel FeS(s)→FeS(l).
