Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Department organized an expert on the chemical treatment and comprehensive utilization of polysilicon by-product silicon tetrachloride. The members of the expert group who participated in the assessment unanimously believed that the first set of polysilicon by-products produced in this project group, the high-purity alkoxysilane system, was characterized by automation, safety and controllability, and good environmental compatibility. Technology has reached the international advanced level. The purity of the high-purity alkoxysilane product obtained by the polysilicon by-product system device is more than 99.9%, and the quality has reached the international advanced level. The device was independently developed by Leshan Kelixin Chemical Co., Ltd. and solved the problem of utilization of polysilicon by-products.
