Sliding contact line installation work needs to follow a certain order

Sliding contact line is a power transmission device with a wide range of applications. It can be used in high temperature, high voltage and dusty environments. For example, steelmaking, metallurgy, chemical industry, wharf and other industries are used for insulator support, which is generally installed on the support of the track rail beam, thereby forming a mobile power supply system to the lifting equipment. There are two structural forms of combination and compound.
Working principle: The mobile device needs to continuously change its position due to movement. At each different location, the mobile device must be able to obtain power at any time, otherwise it cannot continue to move. At this time, the sliding contact line came into being. Several conductors were laid in parallel along the running track of the mobile device, and the power was turned on. On mobile devices, a current collector that can draw power from the conductor is installed. In this way, when the device moves, the current collector runs synchronously with the device, and obtains power from the conductor at any time and provides it to the device so that the device can continue to move.
The sequence of installation work of sliding contact line:
1. Install the angle steel bracket along the track at the preset position, the spacing of the bracket should follow the standard spacing as far as possible, and ensure the parallel position with the center line of the track.
2. Install the lifting clip on the angle steel bracket and set the nut to the appropriate position to ensure that the lifting clip can also move left and right on the long hole of the bracket.
3. Install the sliding wire guide bar from one end of the track, and make the distance from the end to the first bracket as close as possible to 750.
4. Assemble terminal sheath, joint and joint sheath, power input and sheath.
5. Install expansion components, and set the gap between components reasonably according to the ambient temperature on site.
6. Install the fixing clip.
7. Choose a reasonable location on the mobile device to install the current collector bracket to ensure that the current collector is at a standard height.
8. Install the current collector.
9. Connect incoming cables and collector cables.
10. After confirming the correct installation, power on and test run, and check whether the phase sequence of the power supply needs to be changed.
11. Slowly run the equipment to both ends of the track repeatedly, pay attention to observe if there is collision, fire, or deviation of the current collector. If there is any abnormality, immediately stop the power supply, find out the reason for improper installation and make adjustments.
12. After confirming that the equipment runs repeatedly and there is no abnormality, power off again, and tighten all the fixing bolts of the lifting clip.
13. Power on and test run, and confirm that the installation is correct.
Installation technical points:
1. The centerline of the sliding contact line is always parallel to the running trajectory of the device. In some scenes, the moving trajectory of the mobile device has a regular deviation. At this time, the running trajectory is not parallel to the track. Therefore, straightness requirements cannot be imposed on the installation of the sliding line in such a site. When installing the lifting clip, it is an efficient way to tighten the bolts after running the test.
2. Some on-site angle steel brackets cannot be installed at standard intervals. It is necessary to pay attention to whether the distance between the joint sheath, the power input sheath and the angle steel bracket meets the safety requirements of free expansion and contraction. If the required size is exceeded, the guide bar should be cut.
