APS036 volatile punching and shearing oil is a kind of oil no need cleaning. It is a mixture of high refined volatile base oil, volatile anti-oxygen, lubricant and other additive agent. It is a technical oil applied to the punching and drawing processing of Aluminum fin, cold rolled sheet, copper tube and galvanized plate, which is suitable for the processing of aluminum fin and copper components in the air conditioning radiator. It is able to replace even better than the same type volatile punching and shearing oil such as AF-2A and RF-190.APS036 volatile punching and shearing oil meets the needs of green food. It is suitable for the punching and drawing processing of food contact commodities.

Introduction to the Applications
- APS036 is suitable for the punching and drawing of aluminum fin, cold rolled sheet and galvanized sheet which has the requirement of anti-rust. The section has excellent functions of anti-rust and will not affect annealing.
- It has excellent lubricity and great forming ability to all the copper and aluminum materials, which could obtain large aluminum hole with high flange height.
- It should be storaged in the cooling place with good ventilation. Stay away from fire.
