1. If the oil pump that has been bought back is not used in time, the inside should be injected with anti-rust oil, and the exposed surface should be coated with anti-rust grease, and then the oil port dust cover should be covered.

2. The regulating pressure of the safety valve should not be too high, generally 1.25 times the rated pressure of the pump.

3. Keep the oil temperature in the range of 10 °C-60 °C, especially avoid high temperature continuous operation, otherwise the life of the oil pump will be greatly shortened. Set the heater and cooling unit if necessary.

4. Maintain normal oil level. A oil level gauge should be placed in the fuel tank for frequent observation and replenishment.

5. Regularly check the performance of the oil. If the requirements are not met, replace it and clean the tank.

6. The oil filter should be cleaned frequently to ensure the smooth suction of oil.

7. After the oil pump has been working for a period of time, the screws may be loosened due to the installation screws or the inlet and outlet ports. Pay attention to the inspection and tighten the lock.

8. The maximum hydraulic impact force of the system shall not exceed 14Mpa.

9. In order to clarify the temperature of the hydraulic oil, it is necessary to know the relationship between the working temperature of the oil in the tank (open circuit) and the temperature of the environment. The temperature of the leaking oil (shell drain) is affected by the pressure and speed of the pump and is always higher than the tank oil temperature. However, the maximum temperature anywhere in the system must not exceed 90 degrees.
