ChinalcoNet July 27th Integrated Telegram: Norway Hydro plans to transfer 20.86% of shares of SKS Produksjon Power Company in Northern Norway. It is reported that this share transfer will not affect Hydro's ownership of 9.4 TWH electricity per year in Norway.
