(2) Before the ridges are fixed, they must be crossed and positioned. The spacing can be determined based on the length of the floor using three or four equal divisions. For ridges, wood with strong nail holding power (usually pine) should be used and fixed on the concrete floor with expansion screws. The ground water content must be controlled within 18%.
(3) During the process of fixing the ridge, the firmness and flatness should be checked in time to avoid affecting the installation of the floor.
(4) For subfloors (multilayer boards or blockboards) that are to be laid on floor ridges, each of the multi-layer boards or blockboards should be evenly divided into four blocks and then fixed on the ground ridges and maintained. 3-5mm clearance. And check whether there is a "click" sound through normal walking.
(5) Laying a moisture-proof barrier film to delay the expansion of moisture absorption of the floor in the short term. The damp-proof film shall be laid 5-10cm upwards from the wall, and each piece shall overlap 5cm and sealed with tape.
Second, note:
(1) Usually the length of the floor is oriented in the direction of the room or along the light. It can be laid in either regular or irregular ways. Rules laying: floorings of the same length specifications, visually arranged in a regular, relatively large loss; irregular auxiliary design: to adapt to the installation of paving auxiliary floor, floor length is not limited, the loss is small.
(2) Before the floor is fixed, there should be enough equilibration time or understanding of the floor moisture content purchased to ensure that the floor moisture content is compatible with the environment.
(3) Pre-paving. Correct the color difference of the floor. The natural color difference of the floor is objective, and a moderate color difference can effectively relieve tension and prevent "eye fatigue".
(4) According to different materials, moisture content and other reasonable grasp of the splicing gap and expansion space around. General materials according to patchwork: ≤ 0.3mm, around the gap: 8-12mm to install. And timely remove the limit block or patch stitching.
(5) When the paving area is large, separation or bridges should be adopted to reasonably adjust the expansion and contraction that the seasonal changes may bring. Do not use water-based glue.
(6) The fixed floor shall be pre-drilled. The 45° angle of entry is usually drilled on the side of the tongue and the diameter of the drill is slightly less than the diameter of the floor nail.
(7) The floor nails shall be fixed on both sides of the floor termination, and shall be lined with the floor ridges.
(8) The installation of laminate flooring is currently mostly performed by the flooring manufacturer.
