Chinalco Nanhai Alloys Co., Ltd. is located in Changhongling Non-ferrous Metal Industry Park, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Dali, as the national aluminum production center, has more than 100 aluminum production enterprises of various types, and the production capacity of architectural aluminum has reached 1.5 million tons. Although most aluminum companies have their own waste aluminum casting lines, the equipment is relatively simple and there are no supporting environmental protection facilities, causing some pollution to the environment.
After Chinalco is put into production, it will implement a sales model of aluminum rods instead of aluminum ingots in Dali to reduce the processing and production links of aluminum materials companies, reduce waste emissions, and alleviate environmental pollution problems.
Chinalco Nanhai Alloy Project has a total investment of 250 million yuan in the first phase and will use the more advanced double chamber furnace equipment and desulphurization and dust removal facilities. According to the current progress, the domestic equipment production line can be installed and debugged in August, and the imported equipment production line will be installed and debugged in October, and will be put into operation one after another. After the completion of the entire project, it can produce 110,000 tons of aluminum alloy per year.
