The chip electronic component cutting machine developed by McKerry is the first new machine tool with independent intellectual property rights in China, and has applied for national invention patent (application No.8). The device is mainly used for the cutting process in the production of chip electronic components, that is, the whole piece of the wafer is cut into a chip shape of a predetermined size. The design accuracy is dominated by specifications such as 1206, 0805, 0603, and 0402.
