Dalan Motor teaches you how to judge the stator winding of the three-phase asynchronous motor and its end and end

When the six lead wires of the motor winding are unclear at the beginning and end of the motor, the first end of the three-phase winding must be separated first. Otherwise, the motor cannot be correctly wired, and the wiring must not be blindly connected to avoid internal fault of the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to distinguish 6 The end of the wire ends can be wired. The following is led by Dalan Motor Xiaobian how to distinguish the stator winding of the three-phase asynchronous motor and its first and last ends.

First, the three-phase asynchronous motor stator winding identification:

The three-phase motor has three stator windings, each of which has two lead wires and a total of six lead wires. Use a multimeter to measure the on and off to find the two leads of each winding.

Second, the three-phase motor stator winding end and end identification:

In the case where the two lead wires of each winding of the three-phase motor are determined, the head and tail of the three-winding lead wire can be further discriminated.

Measurement method one:

(1) Multimeter selection: DC 50μ

(2) Measurement process:

1. Connect one lead wire of each of the three windings of the three-phase motor together, and the remaining three lead wires (one for each winding) are also connected together. This makes two sets of lead lines. Wrap the two sets of lead wires around the two test leads of the multimeter. Turn the motor rotor by hand and observe the multimeter pointer at the same time. If the pointer is not deflected (oscillated), the three wires connected together are the first end (or tail) lead wire of the three-phase winding, and the test ends. If the pointer has a deflection (oscillation), it means that one phase of the winding is reversed and the next step is continued.

2. Reverse the two lead wires of any of the windings (note: remember which winding is the opposite). This is done as two sets of lead wires. Repeat the above test: Wrap the two sets of lead wires on the two test leads of the multimeter.

3. Reverse the two lead wires of any of the remaining two windings, thus making two sets of lead wires. Repeat the above test: Wrap the two sets of lead wires on the two test leads of the multimeter.

4. Restore the two lead lines of the first time (and adjust them once again). At this time, the three wires connected together are the lead ends of the three-phase windings (or the tail end), and the test ends. It can be verified by the above method: the two sets of lead wires are respectively wound on the two test leads of the multimeter. Turn the motor rotor by hand while observing the multimeter pointer, the multimeter pointer will not deflect (swing). The explanation is correct.

Measurement method two:

(1) Multimeter selection: DC 50μ

(2) Measurement process:

1. Connect the two lead wires of one winding of the motor to the two test leads of the multimeter. One lead wire of the other winding is connected to one pole of the battery, and the other lead wire touches the other pole of the battery. At the same time, observe the multimeter. Deflection of the pointer: If the pointer is deflected in the forward direction, it means that the wiring of the positive pole of the battery is the same as the terminal (or the tail end) of the negative pole of the multimeter (black), and the other two lead wires are the tail end (or the head end). If the pointer is deflected in the reverse direction, the wiring of the positive pole of the battery is the same as the terminal (or the tail end) of the positive pole of the multimeter (red meter), and the other two lead wires are the tail end (or the head end). The first (tail) ends of the two windings that have been identified are marked. The first end of the two windings can be connected to one of the multimeter's test leads, and the tail end is connected to the other test lead.

2. Connect one lead wire of the third winding to one pole of the battery, and the other lead wire to the other pole of the battery, and observe the deflection of the pointer of the multimeter: if the pointer is deflected in the forward direction, the positive pole of the battery The wiring is the same as the first end (or the end) of the multimeter's negative (black), and the other two are the same (or the leading end).

3. Verification: Terminate the first (or tail) end of the three windings that have been identified on one of the test leads, and connect the tail end to the other test lead. Rotate the motor rotor by hand and the pointer of the multimeter is not deflected (swing). The explanation is correct.

Note: Since the three windings of the motor are not completely symmetrical, the pointer may still have a very small deflection when the connection is correct, but the amplitude is much smaller than when it is incorrect.
