1 blowing air pressure is not suitable
In the process of air blowing, when the air pressure is too small, edge scraping and carbonization will occur, and the pressure will be too large and the hole will be blown. Therefore, this requires a perfect match between the process proofing division and the machine, and the experience to select the appropriate pressure, so that the cut hole is more full.
2. The round hole is too small
The best solution for the laser cutting machine to cut round holes is that the ratio of round holes is 1:1, that is, the ratio of the hole diameter to the plate thickness is 1:1, which means that the larger the hole diameter, the easier it is to cut high quality round holes.
Otherwise, when the energy of the fiber laser cutting machine is insufficient, it is easy to cut off the small holes and the phenomenon of the round holes are not round.
3. The servo motor parameter is wrong
The circular hole sometimes appears elliptical or irregular phenomenon which is related to the X/Y axis motion mismatch, and the direct cause of the X/Y axis motion mismatch is that the servo motor parameter adjustment is not suitable. Therefore, the quality of the cut hole has certain requirements for the servo motor.
4. Guide and screw accuracy error
If the servo motor parameter error affects the cutting quality, then the precision error of the guide rail and the screw will directly lead to the accuracy of the round hole being less than expected.
