The method of blowing oxygen outside the furnace is carried out for refining outside the furnace, and the removal of impurities such as calcium, aluminum and carbon in the product is also good. However, in the course of use, due to the violent tumbling of molten iron and the large loss of splashing, the temperature of molten iron drops rapidly, resulting in a large loss of sticking and iron, and the statistical loss of data is between 12% and 20%. The graphite tube for oxygen blowing is often broken and the refining is stopped, the yield is low, and the economy is also uneconomical. The method of selecting the charge material to produce low-alumina and low-carbon ferrosilicon is mainly through the selection of reducing agents, such as blue carbon, gas coal coke and other raw materials for smelting production, in order to reduce the impurity elements in the product, mainly the aluminum content. Due to the fluctuation of the raw material composition, some impurities are inevitably brought into the smelting process, so that the content of impurities in the product is limited, and the aluminum content can generally be reduced to 1.6%, and can only be reduced to 1.2% at most. 0.2%, can only produce some brands of products.
