List of pesticide companies approved in 2011 (second batch)

After review, the second batch of pesticide approval companies and their varieties are announced in 2011 as follows:

I. Approved 4 enterprises such as Shanghai Huteng Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. (see the list for attachment) to increase the production of designated pesticides.

Second, the pesticide production company approved the validity period of 5 years. Enterprises that are required to continue to retain the qualifications of pesticide production enterprises shall apply to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology three months before their expiration date.

Third, the approved enterprises must go through the formalities for the registration of pesticides, production licenses (or production approval certificates) and other procedures according to the approved contents within three years. Any enterprise that does not go through procedures for pesticide registration, production license (or production approval certificate), etc., within three years without authorization, if it expands or modifies the contents of the approval, will automatically become invalid after passing the approval. Enterprises that fail to pass the approval must not go through procedures such as registration of pesticides (excluding first-time registration at home and abroad), production licenses (or production approval certificates), and so on. An approved pesticide production enterprise may not lend the plant, production equipment, analysis and testing equipment, sewage treatment equipment, etc. to other enterprises.

IV. The qualifications of approved pesticide production enterprises shall not be transferred. The company's name change, relocation, merger and reorganization, and new drug addition shall be reported to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the record and public announcement. Enterprises that have not registered and publicized the above will not have the qualifications of a legitimate pesticide production enterprise.

5. The registered capital and investment scale requirements of the enterprises approved this time. The registered capital of new start-up pesticide companies shall be no less than 50 million yuan, the investment scale shall not be less than 50 million yuan (excluding land use fees), and the environmental protection investment shall not be less than 15% of the investment scale. The newly-established pesticide preparation company shall have a registered capital of no less than 30 million yuan, an investment scale of no less than 20 million yuan (excluding land use fees), and environmental protection investment shall not be less than 8% of the investment scale. The preparation (processing and compounding) companies need to re-approve new drugs.

6. The enterprise application materials that have not been approved this time will not be used as the basis for the next application for approval.
