Seamless tube is a long steel material with a hollow section and no joints around it. At present, there are more than 5,100 factories under more than 1,850 companies in more than 110 countries producing seamless pipes throughout the world, of which more than 260 factories are under production from more than 170 companies in 44 countries. From both international and domestic markets, the existing production capacity of seamless pipes (including oil-specific pipes) has exceeded the demand.
