In 2006, under the support of the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Research Project, the company launched the “Key Technology Study on the Production of Double-Zero Aluminum Foil for Rolled Blanksâ€, attempting to use self-produced cast blanks as raw materials, innovating technologies, and reforming processes to produce high quality and low cost. After more than two years of technological breakthroughs, it has achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in the aluminum processing industry: it has successfully produced mass-produced ultra-thin aluminum foils of 0.0045 to 0.005 mm in volume using 6 mm self-produced cast steel blanks at home and abroad. The cost is reduced by 70%. Above, the production process is shortened by more than 50%. After the products have been identified, the indicators have reached the technical standards of similar international products, and a complete set of technological systems with independent intellectual property rights has been formed, which has filled the gaps at home and abroad and reached the international leading level.
With the full use of this process technology system in the company, the products not only met the domestic market, but also achieved bulk exports. In 2008, the company added 11012 tons of double-null aluminum foil, of which 806 tons of ultra-thin aluminum foil of 0.0045 mm and 0.005 mm, added 32.358 million yuan of output value, and added 2.18 million yuan of exports.
