Emotron, a Swedish company specializing in motor and drive production, has recently developed the VSA / VSC series of products that regulate motor speed at low pressure. The company said the drive offers advanced applications for pumps, fans, compressors, hybrid machines and more. This series of products for the power range is 0.18-7.5 kilowatts, fully included in the Emotron's 0.18-1500 kilowatts of power range. Emotron said VSA / VSC drives can effectively start and stop, reducing the risk of water impulse and other damage, which eases the need for expensive motor control valves. This controller also uses the motor speed control, in order to achieve the required level. This kind of product shows a good energy-saving effect in comparison with the throttle valve or regulating valve. When the machine does not need to run to maintain the required pressure, an embedded "hibernation system" will play a role, suspended machine-related tasks. These products can be adapted to and used under different load conditions. For example, in the case of pumps, fans, compressors and hybrid machines, the product has eight different preset programs to accommodate them.
