Please tell us about Hans Furniture's participation this year and what new products will it bring? [Qiu Yingying] I started to do my own brand last year. Let me say that, I am different from many people. All the products I do are designed and developed by myself. [Reporter] Is there a team of yourself or is you a designer? [Qiu Yingying] I designed it myself, and then I have some friends who are designing in Italy or in Korea. They will help me with some things. When I go to do these things, I will ask them, they will give this information to me. I can say in the factory that all the work except the workers’ work is not done. I will do all the procurement, self-inspection, production, sales, export, certification, administration and finance, and I will spare no effort in When there is a problem, I will drive the goods to the factory in person. [Reporter] Qiu always started to build his own brand last year, so what did you do? [Qiu Yingying] I actually started to make furniture from the beginning of 2002, and it is only a fabric sofa. It is the tenth year. [Reporter] In other companies? [Qiu Yingying] Yes, I am doing the brand of Kajie [Reporter] What is the difference between your brand and the brand of Kajie? [Qiu Yingying] is a cloth sofa, the last guest is the same, but the principle of my life is like this, we do not accept the pity of others, I can do their things before, but I will not do it, this is the principle of being a human being. Not the principle of doing things. I still have a good relationship with the previous boss. We can also call the brothers and sisters. I will not copy or plagiarize. This is the principle of my life. [Reporter] But still look for the industry of cloth sofa? [Qiu Yingying] Right. [Reporter] Are you very optimistic about this industry? [Qiu Yingying] No, but I want to say that any industry can be optimistic, mainly because you want to be professional. In the past, our boss often said what it means to "understand". In fact, this word is very esoteric. The so-called "understanding" is to do professional things everywhere, but what do you understand? No one dares to say this thing. Including the sofa I have been doing for more than ten years, but I haven’t touched too many things in the sofa. I haven’t touched it for ten years. Maybe it’s impossible to get through it all my life. Things are constantly being updated. Constantly changing, a lot of new materials appearing, etc., so I think I have been a professional at most so far, but I can't understand it. I never dare to say that I understand. [Reporter] Hans brand, in addition to the emphasis on design you just mentioned, what is the positioning in the use and style of materials? [Qiu Yingying] is a simple Italian style, that is, those places where there is taste can be put, not a simple place to put, our things like this kind of sofa can be placed in a very empty place to put this thing. It will become a landscape, but some sofas will not work in a very empty place. Therefore, when we are positioning, we mainly locate some high-end brands. The so-called high-end is not high profit, but high grade. My cost is higher, and the price I sell is of course higher. [Reporter] You have been in contact with the sofa for ten years. What do you think is the most powerful function for the sofa, which is most recognized by consumers? [Qiu Yingying] is still a fabric. [Reporter] On the fabric, you have chosen the fabric. Do you think the fabric is more popular with consumers? [Qiu Yingying] No, there are two reasons. One reason is that I started from the fabric. The second reason is that the craft of the cloth is different from the craft of the leather. I don’t want to go from one familiar place to another. familiar place. [Reporter] What is the sales situation of ours, is it domestic or export-oriented? [Qiu Yingying] Export, our factory was established in 2010, we have done 14 million production so far, this can be a miracle, no one can do this, no one can start to just 13 now It is impossible to have 1 million orders per month in the month. What factors do you think constitute this miracle? [Qiu Yingying] Hardworking, there is no shortcut, the meeting can be opened until one o'clock in the evening, and it will be delivered at five o'clock in the morning at six o'clock. [Reporter] How do you plan to increase the value of this brand in the future? What are your thoughts on the creation of this brand? [Qiu Yingying] I have a three-step plan in the future. In the first three years, I plan to build my own factory. I will build my own factory next to my current factory.
