In the process of visiting customers, we found that many colorful steel plate factories are open-air operations. It is inevitable that the pressure-bearing equipment will withstand wind and rain and sun-drying frost. After a long time, the equipment will inevitably be damaged. One of the key parts is the shaft head of the tile press. This part is supported by a tile box, and the built-in bearing is the most in need of protection and dustproof parts. However, most of the tile presses currently on the market ignore this detail, and the shaft head is directly exposed. The time is long. The bearing penetrates into the soil and sand. When it rains, the water is very common, which is easy to cause. The bearing is rusty and damaged.
In view of this, we first proposed a dust-proof setting in the process of producing equipment, and fixed the dust cover on the tile box by using the oil hole nozzle. Can play the following roles:
1, dust and sand. Due to the protection of the dust cover, the built-in bearing is separated from the outside to effectively prevent sand and dust from intruding into the bearing and prolong the service life of the bearing.
2. The fixed point of the dust cover is the grease nipple, which is used for refueling the bearing.
3. The shaft head is rotated at a high speed. After installing the dust cover, it can effectively prevent hair, silk and other debris and ensure safety.
After the test was successful, we conducted an experiment on a piece of equipment sent to Guangdong, which was very effective and received high praise and evaluation from customers.
