Method of exclusion
1. Check whether the diesel engine is leaking and whether the water tank is short of water. Then check the tightness of the fan belt. If the fan belt is not loose, check whether the fan blade angle is installed correctly, whether the fan blades are damaged and the pump wear and pump water. ability.
2. Check if the diesel engine is running under low speed overload for a long period of time. If the fuel injection time is too late, the outstanding features of diesel engine fuel injection are too late: the sound of exhaust gas is large, the exhaust gas is black smoke, the machine operation is weak, and the power is obviously reduced. .
3, check whether the diesel generator thermostat failure. The failure of the thermostat is characterized by the fact that the temperature of the cooling water inside the diesel engine is high and the temperature of the water inside the radiator is low. At this time, the thermostat can be taken out of the diesel engine and the engine restarted. If the temperature of the diesel engine is normal, the thermostat is ineffective. If the tank pipe is partially blocked, the temperature of the diesel engine will rise too quickly.
4. If the scale in the cooling water jacket of the radiator is too much or the water diversion can not act as a water diversion, the phenomenon of uneven heating and cooling will occur when you touch the cylinder block.
