Storage and handling of color steel sandwich panels
Color steel sandwich panels should be kept as factory-packed as possible before installation and should be stored indoors. If it is stacked outdoors, the stacking place should be flat. There should be no water accumulation and there should be no lifting equipment and heavy objects in the sky. The height of the wooden mat under the board is 20cm. The soft material should be placed between the board and the board. The panels are placed together and each panel should have an easily identifiable panel label and cover the rain tarpaulin. Temporary enclosures shall be provided at the stacking site to avoid unnecessary damage to the panels caused by personnel walking.

The installation of curtain wall panels generally uses movable scaffolding. When ensuring the bearing capacity of the construction scaffolding, it is also necessary to consider:
(1) the distance between the curtain wall surface, the working surface and the axis;
(2) Find the spacing and position of the control points against the reference surface, pay attention to the visibility;
(3) Find the spacing of the mounting angles against the reference surface;
(4) the level difference between the control and the elevation;
(5) The vertical distance from the building and the distance from each floor.
When lifting the sheet, lift both ends at the same time to avoid damage to the surface oxide film or coating. When installing the wall panel, only one board can be lifted at a time. The special fixture provided by the manufacturer should be used to lift the wall panel at 2 points in the longitudinal direction of the wall panel. It should be carried out slowly during the lifting process. It should be controlled by the wind rope to avoid bumping with the installed wallboard. The protruding parts of the scaffold are wrapped with soft materials.
There are two main ways to fix the sandwich panel: one is that the self-tapping screws are directly fixed to the wall surface structure through the wall panel. Another way is to connect the self-tapping screws indirectly to the wall substructure through the connectors.
Curtain wall panel installation accuracy: vertical elevation of 2mm, surface flatness of 3mm, seam flatness of 0.5mm. Installation should be strictly carried out according to the technical manual provided by the factory.
Use of weather resistant glue
At the same time as fixing the edge plate and the flooding plate, it must be sealed with a weather-resistant rubber joint to prevent gas penetration and rain leakage. Note that when caulking weather-resistant glue is applied:
(1) Fully clean the gap between the plates to ensure that the bonding surface is clean and dry;
(2) In order to adjust the depth of the joint, avoid the three sides of the glue, and fill the gap with polyvinyl chloride foam material (small round rod);
(3) After the injection, the surface of the glue should be smoothed to remove excess glue;
(4) Pay attention to the maintenance after injection, and do not get dust and scratch before the glue is completely cured.

After the color steel sandwich panel curtain wall is installed, the protective adhesive tape on the surface of the wall panel is torn off from top to bottom, and the rack is synchronously disassembled layer by layer. When disassembling, pay attention to protect the wall panel, do not hurt or scratch, and finally complete the construction of the entire curtain wall project. Adhesives that affect the surface decoration of curtain walls and curtain wall components during construction should be removed immediately. After the curtain wall project is installed, a cleaning plan from top to bottom should be developed to prevent surface decoration from being abnormal. The neutral detergent used to clean the wallboard should be inspected to prove that it does not corrode the coating on the surface of the wallboard. Neutral detergent should be cleaned with water after cleaning.
Maintenance and maintenance of color steel sandwich panel curtain wall
The curtain wall system must be regularly cleaned and maintained, and routine inspections are usually conducted at least once a year to identify potential problems, maintain a beautiful surface and extend service life. When cleaning the surface, care must be taken not to cause surface scratching. Avoid bleaching ingredients and abrasive-containing washing liquids, steel balls, grinding tools, etc. Wash the surface from top to bottom with clean water at the end of washing.
If the surface of the wall is damaged, it should be repaired in time. The bottom layer is mainly composed of the bottom layer cleaning, degreasing, repairing the top defects, and the putty to find the equal process. To ensure the top level, the putty should be scraped at least twice. The primer should be applied before applying the coating. The finish should be brushed at least 2 times. After each coat of dry paint, it should be treated with a combination of putty and sandpaper, and wipe the float on the paint film with a damp cloth, then brush it again. Coating finishing includes smoothing, polishing, etc., the surface layer should be polished with water sandpaper, and the surface should be cleaned with a clean soft cloth and sand.
