1. Purpose

In order to keep the clean room within the cleanliness level required for the production of the product, the quality of our products is guaranteed by appropriate constraints and guidance on the activities of the employees.

2, the scope of adaptation

3. Management responsibility

3.1. Quality Assurance Department: responsible for the supervision and verification of clean room management.

3.2. Electrical and Mechanical Course: Maintenance of clean room equipment

3.3. Production Department: Maintain clean room cleanliness and ensure that clean room personnel follow the guidelines.

4, definition

4.1. Class 100 clean room: measure the cleanliness by the amount of dust particles, according to the size and quantity of dust particles floating in the clean room to the international standard.

To define the cleanliness. According to the cleanliness level sampling comparison table, the particles in the 100-level clean room should be able to meet the particle diameter of 0.5 um.

Less than 100 per cubic foot.

4.2. Thousand-level clean room: The particles in the clean room should be able to meet the requirements. The particles with a diameter of 0.5 um are less than 1000 per cubic foot.

4.3.Air shower: air bath, using a multi-faceted strong airflow to make the dust attached to the surface of the dust-free clothing fall into the bottom mesh or bottom.

5. Personnel management:

5.1. The clean room operators must pass the standard training of the clean room, and those who pass the test can enter the clean room.

5.2. Those who are allergic to chemical fiber and solvent are not allowed to enter the clean room.

5.3. All personnel entering the room should strictly abide by the various management systems of the clean room.

6. Daily attention for the personnel entering the room:

6.1. Take a bath and keep your body clean. Wash your hair frequently to prevent dandruff.

6.2. Wash your hands frequently, keep your hands clean and free of dirt. Change clothes and keep your clothes clean and tidy.

6.3. Cut your nails and keep your nails clean. Males shave and have a good haircut.

7. Into the clean room purification sequence:

7.1. All personnel entering the clean room must strictly implement the actual icon of Annex 1 and enter the clean room.

7.2. If foreigners (including VIPs and customers) need to enter the clean room, they need to fill in the “Guest to enter the control area application form”.

8. Steps for personnel to exit the clean room

8.1. When exiting the clean room, exit to the locker room through the exit passage. Note that the two doors inside and outside the exit passage cannot be opened at the same time.

Need to queue out of the clean room in turn.

8.2. Take off the dust-free shoes outside the side door, take off the dust-free cap, headgear, mask, clean clothes in the locker room, stack them in the locker, or put them in the locker.

9. In case of emergency, clean room

9.1. After the evacuation alarm sounds, leave the clean room through the nearest emergency exit (the emergency exit is only used in an emergency).

10. Requirements for clean room

10.1 When working in a clean room, the action should be light, and everything should be carried out according to the operation regulations.

10.2. Do not pull the static clothes zipper in the clean room, take the phone, wallet and any other personal items from the clothes.

10.3 Items that are not related to production and are prone to dust are not allowed to be brought into the clean room (eg pencil, eraser, fountain pen, fountain pen, correction fluid,

Cigarettes, matches, lighters, diet, etc. are prohibited from being brought in)

10.4. All documents in the clean room must be clean paper or plastic. Personal notebooks, books, and manuscripts are forbidden to be brought in.

10.5. Before all materials enter the clean room, the outer box packaging must be removed. The outer packaging material must be wiped before entering the clean room.

After blowing, etc., pass through the clean room transfer box, and it is forbidden to enter from the Air shower.

11. Management of clean room cleaning appliances/supplies:

10.1. Clean room cleaning tools must be cleaned with a dust-free cloth and a clean room-specific vacuum cleaner, and a fixed area should be placed to place the cleaning tool.

(The cleaning product placement area should be away from the work area)

10.2. The cleaning work in the clean room should be carried out under the normal operation of the clean room, and the fan/air conditioner can not be stopped.

10.3. Cleaning appliances/supplies should be made of clean room special products.

10.4. Cleaning appliances/supplies mainly include: dust-free paper/dust-free cloth/dust-free mop, etc.

10.5 Clean water needs to be extracted from the clean room or at a designated location. It needs to be pure water.

10.6. The daily cleaning plan for the clean room is produced by the Production Department and the Quality Assurance Department.

12. Management of clean clothing:

12.2. Clean clothing / dust cap / dust-free shoes / store in the locker room when not in use.

12.3. The cleaning period of clean clothes/dust-free hats/dust-free shoes is 1 time/3 days, and the contaminated ones should be cleaned in advance.

12.4. Cleaning of dust-free clothes/dust-free hats/dust-free shoes is strictly prohibited. Washing powder should be used instead. Dishwashing detergent should be used. Try to avoid hand washing, but use washing machine.

12.6 Cleaning of clean clothes/dust-free hats/dust-free shoes should avoid using tap water directly, but should use high-efficiency filtered water or pure water.

12.7 Clean clothes/dust-free hats/clean shoes should be dehydrated after cleaning, then hang in clean room or clean room, dry, not dry outdoors
